"Mia, this party's awesome!!!" Francis shouted over the noise as he danced to The Click Five's "Summertime" which was booming out of the radio.
"Thanks, Francis." Mia said, opening a new pack of Sprite to refill the drink which was 3/4 gone. Karen had gone out to Grand Union to get more ice, Glenn was fixing the playlist in the computer and Reo...haven't arrive yet.
As Glenn finished fixing up the playlist, he took some Chachos with mustard and asked, "Is Reo Minamio really coming, Mia?"
"Yep." Mia said,taking out a large tub of Haagen-Daazs chocolate with choco chips and scooping it out for everybody. "He said he had to deal with a few things first."
Right outside the apartment, a limo pulled up and Reo got out, carrying his Adidas bag which was cramped with snacks and sodas that he had brought for the party.
As he was about to climb up the stairs, he said, "What?"
Suddenly, Revarie appeared from the inside of the limo, saying, "You do know that boy from the park is there, don't you?"
"Glenn Skyler?" Reo said coolly. "Never heard of him."
"He goes to your school, but he's not in your class." Revarie said. "From what I heard, you are going to spy on him, correct?"
"I don't know and I don't care." Reo said, walking up the stairs.
Revarie was about to run after him when someone said, "Leave him."
He turned to see Dario inside the limo, resting his head on his arms.
"You're not gonna care about the boy?" He asked.
Dario shook his head and said, "I don't care about the boy, but I care about the other two. Lloyd and V.V."
"They're at the Brooklyn Bridge." The boy with the beanie said, his eyes glowing red.
"Then, let's hit it." Dario said.
V.V.'s hair became a large fist and was fighting with Gabriel who was shooting arrows after arrows towards her with a longbow made out of bright blue energy. Triel and Ariel were ganging up on Lloyd and giving him a hard time. His face was already bleeding and he looked worn out.
"You talk big, but you are pretty kind of weak." Ariel said with laughter.
Lloyd gritted his teeth as he fought on with the duo. Where's Glenn when we need him? He thought as he dodged Triel's whip and Ariel's chakrams. The whip had caught him on the wrist and it burned into his skin like fire. Angered, he recklessly grabbed at the golden whip and threw Triel to the far side. Ariel glared at him and swung his chakrams after him, which he managed to dodge by ducking low onto the concrete road.
Suddenly, his phone rang. Lloyd dodged the both of them and answered the phone. "Hello?"
"Hiya." Glenn said.
"Um...You know...This is not the right time to call, Glenn." Lloyd said, as V.V. grabbed Ariel and threw him towards the tall bridge poles. There was a loud deafening bang as he banged hard against the metal and squarwk in pain.
"What do you mean?" Glenn asked, looking puzzled.
"I can't talk now, but I think you had better come to the Brooklyn Bridge-"
WHAM!
Gabriel's arrow strike Lloyd's phone and knocked it into the water.
"Crap..." Lloyd cursed as V.V. turned her hair into a mallet and knocked Gabriel out as the other two stirred.

Glenn was leaning against the wall, yelling, "Hello? Hello? Lloyd?!!!!"
At the same time, Reo was hissing into his phone. "What do you mean by you are heading to the Brooklyn Bridge?????"
"We have some things to check on." The boy said. They were boarding a cab to the Brooklyn Bridge because they didn't want their limo to get caught in the traffic. So, they got off halfway towards their destination and took a cab. But first, the cab driver looked at them as though they're nuts.
"Brooklyn Bridge?!!!!" He yelled. "Are you nuts?!!! There's a crazy jam right out there. If I go there, we'll be trapped in it."
The boy looked at him and his eyes glowed red, saying, "You will do as I say...."
The cab driver looked drowsy but then he said, in a hypnotic tone, " I will do as you say.... The fare is 13 dollars."
Dario handed him some cash and got in. Revarie didn't get in, instead, he said, "I prefer flying, if you don't mind."
"Suit yourself." The boy said, getting into the back seat. Revare sprouted out huge bat wings and flew off into the night.
There wasn't much to say in the journey to the bridge. The boy stared at the Brooklyn Bridge and said," Gotta go, Reo. We just arrived at our destination."
"Allen, this isn't over! You owe me a huge explanation!" Reo snapped his phone shut and said to Mia, "I have to go somewhere."
"Me too." Glenn said to her.
Reo stared at Glenn suspiciously. Don't tell me his boss called him as well...
"Oh." Mia said, looking surprised. "Okay..."
As they both ran out, Glenn said, "Where are you heading off to?"
"Brooklyn Bridge." Reo answered. "You?"
"Same." Glenn said, flagging a cab.
Reo cursed under his breath as a cab flagged down. Glenn took a look at the cab driver and saw-
"Hiya, Glenn." Arnie said.
"ARNIE?!!!!" Glenn yelped. "What are you doing here?!!!! I thought you take Fridays off!!!!"
"Well, I was given extra cash." Arnie shrugged. "So, where to?"
"Brooklyn Bridge." Glenn yelled, flinging himself into the cab and said, "I'll give you twenty dollars if you can get me there within 20 minutes."
"Me too." Reo said, entering the cab. "In fact, I'll double the amount he offered."
Without needing to be told, Arnie put the pedal to the metal and sped off.

"Offensive Magic Red!!!" Ariel yelled as Gabriel restored him to full strength.
V.V. threw herself down as magical blasts of energy charged past her, Lloyd was looking worn-out. Although she won't get tired, she can't keep up with the trio's formation which keeps changing randomly.
What should I do? V.V. thought desperately. Tell me what should I do...
"You are not human." Ariel said, staring at her. "But why do you act like one?"
Dario and the others are watching quietly from below, looking pretty intrested at the situation.
In response, V.V.'s hair became large blades and said, "That was because before I became like this I was a human, you freak!!!!"
Her hair then charged towards Ariel who laughed and said, "What a ridiculous answer, you are a freak yourself. If you want death so much, then I'll give it to you."
He then shouted, "Gabriel, Triel, Delta Formation."
Gabriel and Triel both jumped onto the top and did some sort of triangular shaped pose an a large triangular light blasted half of the Brooklyn Bridge, including V.V. who was clinging onto a metal pole for dear life.
"V.V.!!!!" Lloyd yelled, grabbing her hand which was loosing grip.
"Well, what do you know..." Ariel said. "Looks like that girl managed to dodged most of the damage."
V.V. was helped up, but there's something different about her. Her arm and part of her face were covered with cracks.
"V.V."Lloyd said with shock. "Your face..."
V.V. just stood back up and turned her hair into a spear, despite the fact that the cracks on her face and arm are pretty visible. Allen was staring at her with his eyes deep in thoughts when suddenly, he yelled.
Dario and Revarie turned to him and both asked simultaneously, "What's wrong, Allen?"
The boy called Allen started shaking and said with fear. "I saw her mind. I saw it!!!!!"
"See what??" Revarie asked.
"I see flames. Soldiers. People being slaughtered by a girl with unusually long hair!" Allen shrieked, sinking onto the floor, his eyes filled with fear. "She looks mad, covered in blood as though she's dancing in them. And she looks indestructible. Young and old, were being slaughtered one by one!" His last words rose into a piercing scream. Silently, Dario patted him on the shoulder while whispering raptures, trying to calm him down.
Revarie then said, "What's taking Reo so long?"
Suddenly, Ariel, Gabriel and Triel did another Delta Attack. This time, Lloyd carried V.V. to the highest pole. He then said, "What on earth are you thinking? You are in no condition to fight, Serenity!!!"
V.V. then said rather weakly. "Do NOT call me Serenity..."
"You for end the is the." Gabriel said.
"....." Triel said.
"Delta Attack!!!" Ariel said, throwing another powerful triangular energy blade towards them.
This time though, Lloyd cursed. He could not get away in time, and V.V. is already injured. If he tried to dodge it, then he would have to leave V.V. behind, and he can't do that.
Suddenly, Glenn appeared out of nowhere and dodged the triangular blast and kicked Ariel away from the other two, breaking their Delta link.
"Hey there." Glenn said.
"You...But how-" Lloyd began.
"Oh, it was thanks to Arnie." Glenn said, pointing at someone who was running towards them. Arnie, the cab driver was waving at them while running with Reo.
"Reo????!!!!!!" Allen gasped, already calmed down.
"Dammit. It's gonna blow our cover for sure!!!" Revarie complained.
"Shut up and just stay put." Dario snapped at the other two.
Glenn then said, "I didn't bring my gun, but I was in the Hapkido Club."
"Brilliant." Lloyd said. " Then take over. I'm tired out."
Glenn winked and saw something surprising. The cracks on V.V. are starting to heal and there's no cracks left.
"Whoa..." Glenn said, his eyes widening. "How do you do that?"
"Regeneration..." V.V. said rather casually.
Suddenly, Ariel pounced towards Glenn with his chakrams but Glenn swiftly dodged the chakrams and aimed a kick towards Ariel and said, "You can't use your whatever attack unless you three are together. I was watching from below."
"What the heck?!!!!" Lloyd shouted. "You mean, you were here, all this time?!"
"Yup. 5 minutes early. And then I saw those three doing some sort of triangular pose and wham!" Glenn explained, and slamming his fist onto his palm for emphasis.
"When we get back, you are going to give me 150 push ups and sit ups." Lloyd yelled as Triel's whip curled towards him like a golden serpent. It caught him on the cheek and it stings a lot.
Glenn nodded as V.V. and Gabriel fought each other through long ranges. Arrows against hair.
Reo was staring at them with a bored expression on his face as someone jerked him into the shadows. He turned around to see Revarie grabbing him.
"What?" He asked.
"If that boy sees you with us, our cover may be blown..." Dario said, staring at the fight.
Reo just leaned against one of the railings as Allen handed him two cloth wrapped packages. He then said, "Is it nescessary to bring those?"
"You never know when we might need your help to escape." Allen said as Reo took the packages.
Lloyd and Triel were busy clashing each other. Except Lloyd was fighting with steel needles that he carries around as a diversion, and Triel was fighting with his whip. Because he is weakening, he have to use lighter weapons til he can think of a way to beat those trio.
Wait a minute, Lloyd thought as he dodged Triel's whip. The red one is offensive, the blue one is defensive, and the yellow one is supportive. What if he defeat them in order???
Hey, he thought. That might actually work.
"V.V.!!!" He yelled.
V.V. ran towards him and said, "What???"
Lloyd held out his hand and said, "Change."
V.V. looked puzzled at first, then she said, "Okay."
She slapped Lloyd's hand and went after Ariel, saying, "I hope you know what you're doing..."
"Oh, believe me. I know..." Lloyd muttered as Gabriel said, "Opponent my you are?"
"That's right, Reverse Girl." Lloyd said, holding a handful of needles. "And these needles are not ordinary needles."
V.V. ran towards Glenn and said, "He got a plan."
"What plan???" Glenn asked.
"I don't know." V.V. said. She then held up her hand. "Change."
Glenn slapped her hand and went after Triel as V.V. leapt over to Ariel, her hair turning into a mallet. Wth a smash, Ariel was knocked out hard.
Lloyd leapt over to the top-most post pole of the bridge and brought out a long chain and worked fast. Fortunately, a good supernatural slayer always carry more than one weapon in his equipment. He swung the chain around like a lasso and thrust the chain towards Gabriel who was bound tightly. She gave a shriek and struggled to pull free but the chain is reinforced to make it ten times stronger than an ordinary chain.
With effort, he grabbed Gabriel, stil bound tightly, and threw her headfirst towards Ariel, who was still groggy. And Lloyd then thrust his blade towards Gabriel and stabbed her together with Ariel. Ariel gasped and said, "But how???"
"You were a little too predictable..." Lloyd said, removing his sword. Ariel and Gabriel faded.
V.V. and Glenn then leapt over towards him. V.V.'s hand was just turning back to normal.
"We took care of the guy in yellow." Glenn said. "Looks like you just stabbed those two like a skrewer."
"Yeah. I did." Lloyd said.
V.V. then stood by the railing, staring the view from the Brooklyn Bridge. It was a clear night. Perfect for star gazing. She blinked a little and saw that everything is turing back to normal, including the multiplied Statue of Liberty.
"You know." Glenn said thoughtfully. "I don't really see that much demons that appears like humans..."
"Same here." Lloyd said, shrugging. "Wonder why they bother coming here?" Suddenly, he said, "V.V.? You've been quiet lately..."
He then turned around to see V.V. was uncouncious. Revarie was sinking his fangs into the side of her neck.
"What the-" Lloyd said, but someone nudged the back of his head and said, "Don't move."
That voice....Glenn thought as the voice also said to him, "You too."
Glenn turned around to see Reo pointing a gun each to both of them. And it was aiming for their head.
